The story held my interest throughout. Finished it in about 4 hours. Can't wait for the next book in the series. The first book was excellent also.
I have enjoyed reading any book written by Lynette Eason and she didn't disappoint me this time either. While reading this book I could hardly put it down. The ending was very surprising, but a great twist.
Again Lynette Eason has kept me turning pages as I just had to see how Lilly and Jason would outwit and overcome. If you enjoy a fast paced read, this is for you.
Very good book! Be sure and read Tanner Hollow Book 1, also, although they both can be read as stand-alone stories. I really love all of Lynette Eason's books and you can't go wrong if you are looking for romance and mystery.
Author Lynette Eason has done it again. This novella will have you on the edge of your seat. Another book you'll want to move to the top of your to-be-read list!
This a five star!! Another intense book by Lynette. Worth reading. The main characters Jason and Lilly dealing with suspense, a twist, that I did not expect, how that God is all ways there.
The book gets off to a fast pace and is very well written. Lynette Eason, as always, does a great job.
The only negative point I have, and the reason I rated the book 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact there is very little mention of God in this book. I exclusively read Christian books not only because they don't have foul language and sex scenes that I don't want to read, but also because Christian novels discuss the difficulties we all face every day with reconciling our faith in a non-Christian world and how we have to grow in our faith as we mature in our walk. Unfortunately there was none of that in this novel. In fact you would be hard pressed to know this was a Christian novel at all.
However, that being said, it was fast paced, well written, and interesting until the end. So I gave it 4 stars.
